Nathan and I would like to thank you for the wonderful, outstanding service that we received at our wedding on 23rd March. Everybody kept commenting on how delicious the food was and what a great job you did! Also thanks for your help leading up to the wedding, with the planning and answering all of our enquiries. We are so happy with the service we received on our special day!
Delicious winter meal of mussels and slow cooked goat. Will try the Murray cod next time. Around the table others enjoyed the salt & pepper squid, steak and hearty chicken Parma. Great food, friendly staff, relaxing venue and personal attention from chef Dag and partner Michelle. Looking forward to visiting again.
I was in Mildura for 5 weeks and visited this restaurant many times. Great selection of meals, exceptional cuisine. Friendly attentive staff. Never disappointed with each dish I chose. A must visit when you are in Mildura.

Fantastic service - Friday night tapas brilliant! Have to have the buffalo chicken! Recommend potato croquettes with beetroot relish and the dips were terrific. The bread pots looked really good too!

Any time I visit Mildura, I always make sure I stop by to get my fix of Dag Demarkow's divine creations. Whether it is a special date night, anniversary or birthday, or just an excuse to enjoy a delicious, yet hearty meal, make sure you don't miss Botanica. Previously located out at Trentham Estate Winery, the Deakin Avenue location is far easier to access and a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy. The staff are welcoming and their big smiles obliging, and the food... well it is European chef Dag at his finest. There were 10 of us, and we enjoyed everything from lovely hamburgers and the most scrumptious chicken parmigiana I've ever laid eyes on for the kids, through to generous servings of steak, pork and seafood for all the adults. Just yum. The house bread with dukkah is a special "must have", perfectly rising out of their pretty little terracotta pots. I couldn't narrow down which dessert I would delight in, so I ordered the chef's tasting platter for a little bit of everything. Dusted with petals and toasted nuts, it was exquisite on a plate. Ahhhh... now back home and dreaming of Botanica. Thanks Dag and Michelle for a memorable night out.
